6 months from the date of issue. Once this validity period has passed the voucher expires. It can only be reactivated by paying 50% of the voucher value. The extension of the validity for reactivated vouchers is 6 months. Ended this period the voucher cannot be reactivated again.

1. Valid only for the Wine and Cheese Tasting. Other services or consumptions are not included.
2. The voucher is personal and non-transferable. Its use is subject to prior reservation and availability at Vinha Boutique Hotel.
3. When making the reservation, the holder must provide the voucher number so it can be associated with the service for which it was purchased. The voucher must be presented upon arrival.
4. In case of loss of the voucher: the holder should contact Vinha Boutique Hotel and provide the voucher number and name in order to request a reissue of the original document, accompanied by a valid ID. Only by following this procedure will the issuance of a duplicate of the original voucher be considered.
5. The voucher cannot be combined with any other existing promotions at Vinha Boutique Hotel.
6. Only one voucher is accepted per reservation; therefore, multiple vouchers cannot be combined for the same reservation.
7. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.
8. The indicated amount includes VAT at the legal rate in force.
9. The voucher may be sent electronically to an email address provided at the time of purchase.

Reservations made for the Wine and Cheese Tasting can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your expected arrival. After this time the Voucher becomes inactive and cannot be used for a new booking. The voucher is non refundable.
