Picnic

Offer a picnic for 2 people to enjoy some snacks and drinks while overlooking the Douro River, nestled in the middle of the nature.

Our picnic experience will be suspended from November to March due to weather conditions. However, it is possible to arrange this experience during that period by purchasing the Nature Room for an additional cost of £180, subject to availability.

12 months from the date of issue. Once this period has passed, the voucher expires and cannot be reactivated. Up to 30 days before its expiry date, your voucher can be exchanged for a superior voucher on payment of the respective upgrade. Valid for more 6 months.

1. Valid for Picnic only. Other services or consumptions are not included.
2. The voucher is personal and non-transferable. Its use is subject to prior booking and availability of Vinha Boutique Hotel.
3. At the time of booking, the bearer must quote the number of the voucher so it can be matched to the service it was purchased for. The bearer should present the voucher at arrival.
4. In the case of a lost voucher: the bearer should contact Vinha Boutique Hotel and quote the number and name on the voucher, in order to request a duplicate of the original document and should be accompanied by an identification document. Only by following this procedure the issuance of a duplicate of the original voucher will be considered.
5. The voucher cannot be accumulated with any other existing promotion at Vinha Boutique Hotel.
6. Only 1 voucher is accepted per reservation, it is therefore not possible to accumulate multiple vouchers for one reservation (1).
7. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount of the stay at the time of check out.
8. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and is not refundable.
9. The voucher can be sent electronically to an email address indicated at the time of purchase (2).

Reservations made for the Picnic can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your expected arrival. After this time the Voucher becomes inactive and cannot be used for a new booking. The voucher is non refundable.
