Validity

12 months from the date of issue. Once this period has passed, the voucher expires and cannot be reactivated. Up to 30 days before its expiry date, your voucher can be exchanged for a superior voucher on payment of the respective upgrade. Valid for more 6 months.

Conditions of Use

1. Valid for accommodation, spa, and food bevarege services. Other services or consumptions are not included.
2. The voucher is personal and non-transferable. Its use is subject to prior booking and availability.
3. At the time of booking, the bearer must quote the number of the voucher so it can be matched to the service it was purchased for. The bearer should present the voucher at arrival.
4. In the case of a lost voucher: the bearer should contact Vinha Boutique Hotel and quote the number and name on the voucher, in order to request a duplicate of the original document and should be accompanied by an identification document. Only by following this procedure the issuance of a duplicate of the original voucher will be considered.
5. The voucher cannot be accumulated with any other existing promotion at Vinha Boutique Hotel.
6. Only 1 voucher is accepted per reservation, it is therefore not possible to accumulate multiple vouchers for one reservation (1).
7. If the total amount of the service is less than the value of the Voucher the difference will not be refunded.
8. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount of the stay at the time of check out, in case of use for accommodation.
9. The voucher can be used for accommodation services at Vinha Boutique Hotel for any accommodation rate listed by the hotel, and according to existing availability (2).
10. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and is not refundable.
11. The amount indicated includes VAT at the legal rates (3).
12. The voucher can be sent electronically to an email address indicated at the time of purchase (4).

Cancellation Policy

Reservations made with a Voucher can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your expected arrival. After this time the Voucher becomes inactive and cannot be used for a new booking. The voucher is non refoundable.

(1) Cannot be accumulated with other existing promotions.

(2) Except in periods where's specific campaigns are in effect and business rates.

(3) The Voucher does not include municipal tourist tax to be paid by each guest at the moment of check out.

(4) We recommend you keep your digital or paper voucher in a safe place until you need it.

The Spa category terms and conditions correspond to the following vouchers: Relax, Facial, Body & Soul Spa.

1. The voucher is personal and non-transferable. Its use is subject to prior booking and availability of the Sisley Paris SPA of Vinha Boutique Hotel.
2. At the time of reservation/booking, the bearer must quote the number of the voucher so it can be matched to the service it was purchased for. The bearer should present the voucher when arriving at the Sisley Paris SPA of Vinha Boutique Hotel and should also have their credit card with them, or other means of payment, to ensure any eventual additional services provided to the client by the Vinha Boutique Hotel not covered by the value/services included in the voucher.
3. In the case of a lost voucher: the bearer should contact Vinha Boutique Hotel and quote the number and name on the voucher, in order to request a duplicate of the original document and should be accompanied by an identification document. Only by following this procedure the issuance of a duplicate of the original voucher will be considered.
4. Multiple vouchers are not accepted. Only 1 voucher per reservation and person is accepted (1).
5. It is not redeemable for cash or refundable.

9. Attendance at the Sisley Paris SPA of Vinha Boutique Hotel is subject to existing availability.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations made with a SPA Voucher can be cancelled up to 8 hours prior to the date of your reservation. This will not affect the validity of the voucher, which can be used to make a new reservation. However, the voucher will become inactive if you fail to cancel the reservation, or do so less than 8 hours before the hour/date of your treatment. The voucher is non refundable.

(1) Except in the case of a two-person treatment in the double room, in which one voucher per person or a couple would be accepted.
